The invitation only event hosted by media personality Lucy Lopez on Wednesday, February 23rd, featured mouthwatering recipes from Chef Chris’ new book “One with the Kitchen” as well as an over-the-top Argentinean and Mexican fusion taco station by Loews Executive Sous Chef Sebastian Ratti and delicious desserts. Additional partners for the event included Bacardi, Florida Dairy Farmers, and Arely PR. “I am thrilled to serve Hispanic dishes inspired from my childhood and taken from my cookbook at the luxurious Loews Hotel in the heart of beautiful South Beach,” said Valdes. “It is an honor to collaborate with such a prestigious hospitality group and other chefs during the South Beach Wine and Food Festival week”.
